Dhvani Supermusic Of The Total Sound Recordings In Gujarati And Bollywood Music.We Are  Represents Including Eagle Home Entertainment,Studio Saraswati,Studio Saraswati Web,Raghav Digital,Shri Ram Audio And Telefilm Kinjal Studio,Tulsi Digital And Maa Mogal Studio And Is Gujarat Largest And Most Respected Public Performance Rights Organization,In Terms Of Both Membership And Revenue..We Issue Licenses Under Section 30 Of The Assignment Deed Act Executed By Our Various Music Member Labels And Such Licenses Are Enforceable Under Copyright Law As Held By Several Hon’Ble High Courts Across India.

What Do We Do?

Under The Copyright Act 1957,Every Business Entity Or Individual Must Receive Permission From The Copyright Owners Of The Sound Recording Before Any Public Performance Takes Place.We Enforce The Rights Of Our Members By Ensuring That Businesses Comply With The Law And Pay Copyright Holders For The Music They Consume.We Collect Royalties Are Given To The Rightful Owners Of The Music.

Dhvani Supermusic Collects Royalty By Issuing License To Commercial Establishments/Premises/Venues Like Dj Sound System,Mobile Downloading Shops,Mixing Studio Etc.For On Ground Public  Performance I.E. Communication Of Sound Recordings/Music Of Our Members To The Public.The Validity Of Download/Performance License Will Be 1 Year.
