Copyright Is A Right Given By The Law To Creators Of Literary, Dramatics, Musical And Artistic Works And Producers Of Cinematograph Films And Sound Recordings. In Fact, It Is A Bundle Of Rights Of Reproduction, Communication To The Public, Adaptation And Translation Of The Work. There Could Be Slight Variations In The Composition Of The Rights Depending On The Work.

In Terms Of Section 51 (A) Of The Copyright Act,1957,When Any Person Without A Rights Granted By The Owner Of The Copyright Under The Act Or In Contravention Of The Conditions Of A Rights So Granted Or Any Of The Conditions Imposed By A Competent Authority Under The Act, Does Anything , The Exclusive Right To Do Which Is By At Act Conferred Upon The Owner Of The Copyright Shall Be Considered That The Copyright Shall Be Entitled To Civil And/Or Criminal Remedy Conferred By Law For The Infringement Of A Right.
